My strategy session with Kat was amazing! I was frustrated and confused with all the options, and I felt stuck making everything go live. We walked through the hurdles I was facing in properly setting up my Substack based on my needs and goals. Kat became a sounding board for my vision and helped me connect the dots on strategy. Kat can ascertain your answer sitting deep in your heart in her sessions so that you can trust yourself. The most significant factor was that she let us think deeply inside, step by step until we reach the core. It is hard to face yourself brutally, honestly. But Kat will help you find your answer most effectively, so that you can enjoy yourself even more.
Kat's workshops were not just listen-and-learn experiences. Rather, she set them up requiring you to actually take action during the workshops. Kat laid out very specific questions for you to think about and answer DURING the session... Thus, we not only immediately put our plans and thoughts down on paper, but we got good immediate feedback to help us improve. By the end, we were in positions to be able to take immediate, specific actions to further our goals and aspirations.
I went into the workshop thinking I would just be a fly on the wall and not really participate... Through Kat’s simple instructions I was able to break the task down into bite-sized pieces that took all the intimidation out of this process…
Kat’s facilitation skills are among the best that I’ve experienced. She made everyone comfortable and provided a safe space for us to share our ideas with each other. She kept us on track within the allotted time of the workshop and made sure everyone that wanted to share their work had a chance to do that…
