I can feel the "soulfueled and strong" in your writing Kat! Which says a lot about how aligned this new direction is for you.

Giving ourselves a break to be true to our changing selves is so important. And letting go of the past needs time.

Thank you for allowing us in to see your journey. I feel braver watching you be vulnerable and candid about your story. I think that's the essence of "soulfueled."

Thank you, Jeanette. Thank you so much. Your encouragement means a lot to me and has been that bright light in glimpses of insecurity and uncertainty. Thank you.

I did need that time and space away, and I'm glad the sharing of my journey helps you feel braver, too.

You're right!! The more I lean into this, the more Soulfueled comes alive within me and the more aligned I feel. It was quite the journey to get here, and I'm excited for what's ahead!

Well done for taking the leap. You have to be passionately about what you write, and especially with writing about dating, you have to be close to it.

I wrote about dating on Medium but by then I’d met my partner, and after a couple of years the topic wasn’t relevant to me anymore. So I stopped and concentrated on leadership and training. Now I’m more focusing training. What I’m saying is that things change, and it takes a while to work out what you want to do.

Thanks for sharing that, Wendy! That's what I realized had changed for me, too. I finally met my amazing partner and in this great relationship. So even though I still have a lot to share on that, it's time for me to move on from it. Luckily, what I taught my clients there somehow can easily be transferred into what I'm doing now as their fundamental relationship concepts with others and themselves.

That's what I've come to understand with being an entrepreneur is that our business will ebb and flow with us as we grow as individuals. And that's absolutely ok!

Awww, thanks so much, Cathy! I so appreciate your encouragement and kind words. Yes to more exciting adventures in the future

...but hopefully they're with lesser levels of intensity and volatility. Lots of lessons learned this year! 😄

Congratulations! Sounds like a wild ride but a beautiful and necessary end to make room for this next chapter! 💜

Thanks so much, Cassie! It definitely was. There is still a lot I'm continuously reflecting on, and I'm grateful for what needed to happen for me to be where I am now.

These are the moments where we learn that better can be right around the corner when you finally let go of what you've been holding onto. Cheers to next chapter ahead!

...and welcome to the Soulfueled side, Cassie! Glad you're here with us.

I have always known you as the dating coach so part of me mourns with you. The other part of me is so excited to keep following your journey as you move forward to new horizons. You got this!

“I’m DONE with all the hustling and inauthentic strategies” - totally feel the same.

I have invested sooo much money on coaches and courses - however it never felt right. The work and intent felt ok, but what we were asked to do to get eyes and paid felt out of alignment for me.

Substack just feels so easy and right. And fun!

Welcome!

PS I love the way you did the timeline. Having a journal of your journey where you can track the milestones is so great!

Yes, yes, and yes, Mika! I'm so grateful for Substack for those same reasons. I feel energized and hopeful with "social media" again being on here (just need to shake off all the burnt out, cripsy bits first.)

Thanks for the welcome, and I'm glad you liked the formatting, too. It was fun digging into the actual dates and time, too. It reminded me of how much I've grown through this process.

Brava, Kat—I love that this is a November decision and not one of those 'wait-until-January' ones.

January resolutions? Too often, they’re the flimsy, open-toed, shiny sandals of self-improvement. They look good for about five minutes, but the second you hit real weather - useless.

November decisions? I see them as work boots, sturdy, practical and no-nonsense. They mean business and are not just for a blind date with someone you forget the minute you’re back home.

Built to last baby.

Glad you enjoyed this, Rebecca. I love all the analogies you brought up, and I do feel those sturdy November boots kicking me in the butt! So much of this has been building up within me that there was no way I could've waited until January to share this.

Yes to building this to last!! Thanks, your comment made me smile. 😊

What incredible courage to listen to your inner wisdom, Kat, and follow what your body, heart (and a little more slowly) your mind is telling you is your next step.

I’m one of those people you’ve so generously helped this year and I’m so grateful for your modeling one more important way to build with intention — the ability to shed parts of our lives and work that no longer fit into our future vision.

❤️

Congratulations Kat! What an exciting and scary time! Living a soul lead life takes an enormous amount of courage, yet far less energy than chasing after a fear lead one. Looking forward to watching you soar!
