I guess I read better than I listen. You tried to tell me all this and I denied it was a problem but I have to admit now some of it might be true. I’m looking for inspiration but it’s not happening. Not long ago I was flying high and had been for a few months then life interrupted and everything fell flat. I keep waiting for that feeling to return but it is time to jump back in and maybe like motivation it will show up unexpectedly. I appreciate everything you do.
Thanks for your vulnerability, Kathie, and well done for recognizing your patterns and your current state. So glad this helped! Cheering you on, and hope the momentum has returned for you. I'll DM you to check in.
Yes, Fi! You're spot on. Failure doesn't have to mean bad, wrong, or that you took too much risk. It's merely feedback to show you how to get to the right/better answer for you!
It's helpful to remember that decisions can be remade, and no matter what you'll learn something valuable in the process.
Of course, Diantha! I'm so glad this Post was what was needed for you. Hope it has continued to inspire more courageous actions and got you the results you were looking for. I'm cheering you on!
Nah, I've had a breast cancer scare, and my rheumatologist thinks I have 2 new incurable diseases. Plus, I've lost all access to my desktop because of a scammer.

These lines really jumped out at me:
"Instead of believing in your ability to adapt, pivot, and learn through action, you’re trying to engineer certainty before you even start.
This is why decision making feels daunting"
It's the perfectionism trap again - and an inability to accept there is risk in everything. We have to trust ourselves to bounce back from failure.
